Superior Vision, a provider of vision plans headquartered in Rancho Cordova, Calif., named Jay Rausch, of Dayton, as vice president, strategic alliances. Rausch will be responsible for developing strategic relationships with a variety of healthcare providers across the county.

Rausch has more than 20 years of growth-oriented insurance sales experience. He has a bachelor's degree from the University of Pittsburgh and a master's degree in health administration from Florida International University.
