An article Wednesday about Gov. Martin O'Malley's bid for restrictions on septic systems incorrectly characterized his stance on a call by a key House leader to table his bill for further study. The governor's press secretary, Shaun Adamec, says O'Malley has not agreed to defer action on the bill and still seeks legislative action on the septic issue this year.
