An accident involving a tractor trailer and a passenger vehicle has the westbound Bay Bridge closed near the Anne Arundel County line.

According to WJZ TV, the truck rear-ended the car, pushing it into a side rail on the bridge. The driver of the car was evacuated from the accident scene by helicopter.
