Veterans and active-duty members of the military will be recognized during worship services at 10:45 a.m. Sunday, May 30, at Galilee Lutheran Church, 4652 Mountain Road, Pasadena, as part of Armed Forces Sunday. Oseh Shalom hosts Shabbat Kol Chai

Oseh Shalom congregation at 7515 Olive Branch Way in Laurel will host a special Shabbat observance at 10 a.m. Saturday, June 5, for all members of the household, including animals.
