Baltimore Sun

The water main break that closed 11 schools in northwest Baltimore County for three days this week also disrupted plans for administering the Maryland School Assessment tests for students in eight elementary and middle schools. Now that water has been restored, the tests have been rescheduled. Here is the plan: March 8 tests will be given March 18; March 9 tests will be given March 19; March 10 tests will be given March 22; and March 11 tests will be given March 23. Makeup testing will be held March 24-26 and April 6-7. The schools affected are Franklin Elementary and Middle; Owings Mills Elementary; Cedarmere Elementary; Chatsworth School; Glyndon Elementary; Reisterstown Elementary; and Timber Grove Elementary.
