Towson and Morgan State universities have extended their application deadlines for the fall 2010 semester because of the recent snowstorms. The deadline for Towson is now Feb. 19 and the deadline for Morgan is Feb. 22. The application deadlines for most Baltimore-area colleges and universities have already passed. In another snow-related shift, Loyola University Maryland will not deliver its decisions on merit-based financial aid until at least Feb. 22, a week later than planned.
