John D. Constantine, A memorial service will be held on Friday, February 5, 2010 at 11:00 A.M. at St. Peters Lutheran Church in Ocean City, MD. Friends may call one hour prior to the service. Arrangements are being handled by the Burbage Funeral Home in Berlin.
