Burglary: Police were seeking whoever broke into a city Department of Recreation storage building in 1500 block of N. Bentalou St. through a rear door between Dec. 22 and Sunday and stole 30 football helmets and 80 pairs of football pants, all valued at nearly $15,000.

Robbery: After a woman withdrew $120 from an ATM at a BP station in the 900 block of N. Monroe St. about 4 a.m. Monday and purchased various items, a man who implied he was armed with a knife robbed the woman of $109 before fleeing on foot. The robbery was caught on a surveillance camera.

Robbery: A man, 39, was walking in the 1800 block of W. Fayette St. about 4 p.m. Tuesday when a man armed with an unknown weapon robbed him of his briefcase containing his birth certificate, a resume and other personal documents.

Central Baltimore

Theft: Two women who work at Mex restaurant at the Power Plant in the first block of Market Place reported Tuesday that their Russian passports had been stolen.

Baltimore Co. -- White Marsh

Burglary: Someone broke into Prince of Peace Lutheran Church in the 8200 block of Philadelphia Road and removed $150 from an office. The intruder also damaged a soda machine.

Burglary: At least 400 pounds of copper wire was stolen between Monday and Tuesday from a State Highway Administration building in the 12600 block of Belair Road.

Carjacking: A male carryout employee was delivering a food order to the occupants of a house in the first block of Maidstone Court about 9 p.m. Wednesday when three young men stole his 2003 Ford Taurus with tags 3CN E34. One of the thieves implied he was armed with a gun.

Baltimore Co. -- North Point

Burglaries: At least 80 storage lockers at Public Storage in the 8800 block of Wise Ave. were broken into between Tuesday evening and early Wednesday by someone who removed the hasps from the doors. Owners were taking inventories to determine what property was stolen.

Theft: Police were seeking two men who stole a green fiberglass pickup truck cap valued at $800 Tuesday in the first block of Center Place. The men drove off in a green pickup truck with a white hood.

Baltimore Co. -- Cockeysville

Bank robbery: A man wearing a false beard and mustache robbed M&T; Bank inside Super Fresh in the first block of Aylesbury Road of an undisclosed sum of money about 6:30 p.m. Wednesday after giving a teller a holdup note. Outside, a dye pack placed among the cash exploded. Police declined to say whether the man made off with any money.

Baltimore Co. -- Franklin

Stolen vehicle: A four-door white 2000 Nissan with tags 4DZ N15 was stolen Wednesday in the first block of Phlox Circle. The owner told police the car keys were stolen Saturday.

Baltimore Co. -- Wilkens

Burglary: Tools of unknown value were stolen Tuesday from a truck parked in the 2300 block of Research Ave. and a nearby shed.
