While Ravens coach John Harbaugh views comparison questions the way some children look at broccoli, I can't help but compare the Ravens' practice facility in Owings Mills and the Indianapolis Colts' training complex.
"The Castle" has a sentry post that limits entrance into and exit from the Ravens' facility, while the Indiana Farm Bureau Football Center (is there a longer name out there?) has no such impediment.
In the locker rooms, the Ravens players' lockers are randomly situated, while the Colts' lockers are generally grouped by positions. Curiously, quarterback Peyton Manning's locker is located with the offensive linemen's. And unlike the Ravens, several Colts players - notably Manning, defensive end Dwight Freeney and center Jeff Saturday - have double lockers.
