Hospice Cup artwork Hospice Cup Inc. asks artists to submit work to serve as the official image of Hospice Cup XXIX, taking place in Annapolis in September. The deadline to submit art is Friday. Artists may submit their original work of "Racing and Sailing Representations" to a participating hospice in the D.C., Virginia or Maryland area or by contacting Karma O'Neill, at 410-919-8393. The winning artwork will appear in ads, videos, on event T-shirts and posters. The image will become the property of the Hospice Cup Inc.; the winning artist will receive full recognition. The image will be donated to the 2010 Shore Party Auction after the race to help raise funds for hospice services. For information, go to hospicecup.org.

Screenings•In-school vision and hearing screenings sponsored by the Anne Arundel County Department of Health will be held at the following schools and programs.
