On January 3, 2010 MATTIE H. STEVENSON devoted mother of Arnold L. Stevenson, Deborah Stevenson Whitaker and Dudley H. Stevenson, Sr. She is also survived by five grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, a devoted niece Hortense "Toodie" Spencer and a host of other relatives and friends. Friends may visit the family owned MARCH FUNERAL HOME WEST INC., 4300 Wabash Avenue on Friday after 8:30 a.m. where the family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. The family will also receive friends on Saturday at the Sharon Baptist Church, 1373 N. Stricker Street at 10 a.m. followed by funeral service at 11 a.m.
