THE PARTY SHOW: Baltimore's burlesque duo is up to its same old shenanigans. LIFT EVERY VOICE: St. John's College, 60 College Ave. in Annapolis, celebrates Martin Luther King Jr. with its third annual event, including a gospel performance, seminars and a discussion on King's "Love, Law, and Civil Disobedience" speech.
