Eastern Baltimore
Theft: A rented 2010 Chevrolet was parked in the 2200 block of Kirk Ave. between Sunday and Monday when someone broke into the vehicle and stole a case of bottled water.
Theft: Someone stole two walkie-talkie radios from two city-owned vehicles parked at a Department of Public Works facility in the 800 block of N. Haven St. between Dec. 20 and Sunday. The radios were valued at $2,000 each.
Baltimore Co. -- Cockeysville
Robbery/arrests: Police arrested two men and were seeking a third in the armed robbery about 3 p.m. Wednesday of McDonald's at the Cranbrook Shopping Center. After taking an undisclosed sum of money, the three men drove off in a silver-colored Nissan that police pursued until the men abandoned it in a woods 15 minutes later off Padonia Road near the Loch Raven Reservoir. The two were captured, and charges against them were pending an investigation by robbery detectives.

Robbery: A man, 45, was walking in the 1000 block of York Road about 4:30 a.m. Tuesday when two men, one armed with a handgun, struck him in the face and robbed him of his cell phone.
