On December 25, 2009, William, Visitation at Calvin B. Scruggs Funeral Home, 1412 E. Preston Street on Thursday, December 31st from 12 to 5 p.m. Family will receive friends on Friday at Faith Baptist Church, 833 N. Bond Street from 10 to 11 a.m. at which time funeral will begin. Interment Maryland National Memorial Park.
