MUSIC AT SECOND: It's a double-header, starting with Phil Munds, the Baltimore Symphony's terrific principal horn player. His recital at 3:30 p.m. offers works by Paul Hindemith, Heinrich von Herzongenberg and others. At 7:30 p.m., BSO musicians perform quartets by Mendelssohn and Baltimore-based Jonathan Leshnoff, and pieces by Prokofiev and Ethel Smyth. Both concerts are free. THE BARBER OF SEVILLE: Even if you missed the fact that it's National Opera Week, you can still get in on the action.
