Injury report

It appears that senior quarterback Chris Turner (knee) might be able to play against Boston College in Maryland's final game of the season - but he is unlikely to play Saturday at Florida State. Punter Travis Baltz (finger) is done for the year, and safety Kenny Tate (ankle) is probably done, too.

Backup quarterback Jamarr Robinson proved elusive, running for 129 yards, including a 28-yarder. But the Terps could not make a first down until Robinson ran 14 yards to the Virginia Tech 45 with just under four minutes remaining in the first quarter. His first pass completion came two plays later - a 3-yarder to Tommy Galt.

Trailing 27-3, Maryland drove to the Virginia Tech 13 in the third quarter. But on fourth-and-5, Robinson threw incomplete to Torrey Smith in the end zone.

Fast forward

The Terps (2-8, 1-5 Atlantic Coast Conference) face Florida State (5-5, 3-4 ACC) on Saturday in Tallahassee on channels 13 and 5. The Seminoles beat Wake Forest, 41-28, in their last game.
