Police reports in Baltimore city and county:
Shooting: A male, 18, sustained a graze wound to the back about 11 p.m. Sunday in the 700 block of N. Kenwood Ave. and refused treatment by a Fire Department ambulance crew. No arrest had been made and details of the shooting were not available.
Shooting: Police were investigating the shooting of a man, 21, in the 3700 block of Towanda Ave. about 1 a.m. Saturday. The victim was shot in the right chest and was treated at an area hospital. No arrest had been made.
Victim identified: Police identified Monday the man fatally stabbed June 21 in the 300 block of Charter Oak Ave. as Jermaine W. Womack, 32, whose address was not available. No arrest had been made and police knew of no motive.
Victim named: Police identified Monday Candido C. Hernandez, 46, of the 2800 block of Pulaski Highway as the man shot June 19 in the 2700 block of E. Fayette St. and who died a short time later at Johns Hopkins Hospital.

Vandalism/arrests: Two teenage boys have been arrested and charged as juveniles with a race-related crime. The boys, 16 and 17, are charged with spray-painting racial slurs and a swastika on playground equipment in the 7300 block of Georgia Belle Drive over the weekend. Both boys were released into the custody of their parents pending action by juveniles authorities.
Baltimore Co. -- Essex
Burglary/arrests: Two men, one from Pennsylvania, were arrested Sunday and charged with breaking into Middle River Family Practice in the 100 block of Beacon Drive that day and attempting to steal copper wire valued at $12,000. Damage to the interior of the building was estimated at $6,300. The men were arrested inside the building by police responding to a burglar alarm. Charged with burglary and destruction of property were Andrew Venzke, 19, of York, and William Windle, 27, of no fixed address. Police said both men were being held at the county Detention Center.
Burglary: Video games valued at $400 were stolen over the weekend from a house in the 900 block of Sun Circle Way by someone who entered through a door.
Stabbing/arrest: A man, 35, was arrested late Saturday and charged with attempted murder and assault in the stabbing that night of another man outside a restaurant at Eastern Boulevard and South Marlyn Avenue. Charged was Troy Ivey, whose address was not available. Police said the victim was homeless and was expected to survive. Police said Ivey was being held without bail at the county Detention Center in Towson.

Burglary: A 32-inch TV and a computer were stolen between Saturday and Sunday from an apartment in the first block of High Haven Road by someone who entered by forcing a door.
