Queen Latifah sued by makeup artist, stylist

A makeup artist and a fashion stylist claim in coordinated lawsuits that they got ugly treatment from Queen Latifah when she cheated them out of $1 million.

Celebrity cosmetology consultant Roxanna Floyd says she lost $700,000 when the rapper-actress failed to pay her for work she did between July 2005 and February 2008. In a separate lawsuit, celebrity fashion stylist Susan Moses said she was cheated out of $300,000 during the same period.

The lawsuits were filed Monday in federal court in Manhattan.

Amanda Silverman, a spokeswoman for the actress whose movies include Hairspray and Mad Money, says the lawsuits have no merit.

Only one 'Hannah' film

Miley Cyrus plans to be back on the big screen, and soon. Hannah Montana? Not likely after her latest film.

So says the 16-year-old tween phenom, whose alter ego brings her secret double life as a pop star to theaters April 10 with Hannah Montana: The Movie.

"We got really lucky with having the material to make one movie," Cyrus said in an interview Monday. The film reveals Hannah Montana's identity to the world in a way Cyrus says is "very clever" and diminishes the chances of a sequel - but doesn't dampen the future of the popular Disney TV show.

"I don't know if I would do another [Hannah Montana] film, but I would love to do another season," said Cyrus, who's signed up for a third and says she's interested in a fourth. "That would be what we would all agree on."

A 'Housewives' split

Countess LuAnn de Lesseps, one of the society ladies on Bravo's The Real Housewives of New York, has separated from Count de Lesseps after 16 years of marriage. Her husband is a Frenchman whose ancestor presented the Statue of Liberty to the United States.

The reality star's publicist, Elizabeth Rosenthal, issued a statement Tuesday saying that the two "plan to remain friends and their primary focus will be to do what is best for their two children."

The countess will keep her title, Rosenthal said.

Outkast speeder

Andre 3000 of the hip-hop duo Outkast is free on bond after police charged him with driving 109 mph on a highway in suburban Atlanta.

Authorities say the entertainer was clocked speeding in his Porsche in a 65-mph zone south of Atlanta early Saturday.

The 33-year-old's real name is Andre Benjamin. He is free on a $1,200 property bond pending a court date April 29.
