LAST CALL

The International : ** 1/2 (2 1/2 stars) If they hustle to theaters this weekend, American movie fans who are still just discovering Clive Owen, the multifaceted leading man of British TV, stage and screen, can see his humorous side in Duplicity, then hunt down a theater playing T he International to savor his undiluted intensity. This movie doesn't give Owen enough good lines or juicy scenes, but the anti-big-bank plot and eye-popping scenery provide compensations.
