Oscar-Nominated Short Films : **** Thanks to the Maryland Film Festival, Baltimore has become a major hub for shorts, so it's not surprising that the Charles' slate of 2009 Oscar-nominated shorts (live action and animation) has been held over for another week. Grab this chance to see a spectacular roster of diverse movies. There are only two clunkers in the bunch, and the remaining eight range from good to great.
