Assault A warrant has been issued for the arrest of a man charged with assaulting his girlfriend in her home in the 2600 block of Wedgeworth Lane on Sunday morning. The woman told police that the man choked her, then kicked her in the side and stomach. She said that before the man fled the house, he told her he was going to kill himself. Police searched the neighborhood but found no evidence that the man made good on his threat. The man's name was withheld pending his arrest.
Robbery Police were seeking two men who entered CVS Pharmacy in the 600 block of S. Exeter St. about 4:20 a.m. Monday, forced at least one employee into an office and removed an undisclosed sum of money from a safe.
Stolen vehicle A gold-colored 1988 Acura Legend with tags 2EL E67 was stolen Sunday or Monday in the 1900 block of E. Pratt St.
Theft A cell phone, clothing and a navigational system were stolen Sunday or Monday from a 2001 Chevrolet Malibu parked in the 100 block of N. Washington St.
Theft An iPod and a navigational system were stolen from a 2003 Chevrolet parked in the first block of S. Ann St. on Monday by someone who entered the vehicle after breaking a passenger window.

Burglary Someone broke into Mainlining Inc. in the 1700 block of Leland Ave. through a door between Saturday and Monday and stole a laptop computer, a combination TV/VCR, a water cooler, a saw, copper wiring and a phone charger, all valued at nearly $2,500.
Baltimore County - Towson
Burglary A laptop computer, video games and a flat-screen TV, all valued at more than $1,000, were stolen Monday from an apartment in the first block of Dowling Circle by someone who entered through a door.
Baltimore County - Franklin
Robbery A man, 18, was in the 9500 block of Sidebrook Road about 7:40 p.m. Sunday when two others, one armed with a handgun, robbed him of his jacket, a Detroit Tigers cap, a cell phone and $6. The jacket was recovered.
Baltimore County - Pikesville
Burglary/vandalism Someone broke into an apartment in the 4400 block of Old Court Road through a door between Jan. 4 and Jan. 23 and stole clothing and other property, all valued at $220. The intruder also poured ketchup, hand lotion and paint onto carpets, walls and floors. The burglary was reported Jan. 30.
Burglary Two guitars, a TV and video games, all valued at nearly $900, were stolen Monday from a house in the 3900 block of Setonhurst Road by someone who entered through a rear bedroom window.
Burglary Someone entered an apartment in the 6800 block of Bonnie Ridge Drive through a sliding-glass door Monday and stole a laptop computer valued at $1,600.
