Devoted wife of Lonnie (Skip) Carr, Jr. Mrs. Carr is also survived by her two daughters Ashlee, Erin and one stepdaughter Jessica; Her parents Alice Richburg Ellis, Thomas Richburg; Stepmother Curray Richburg; one brother Thomas Demell Richburg of Las Vegas, NV; one Step Grandmother Dorothy Richburg and a host of other loving relatives and friends. On Thursday, friends may call Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services (EAST), 4904 York Road where the family will receive friends from 3-8 PM. On Friday, services will be held at Israel Baptist Church, 1220 N. Chester Street, where the family will receive friends from 10:30-11AM with services to follow.
