On January 7, 2009 HAROLD S. SCOTTY BLEVINS, JR. beloved husband of the late Rebecca R. Blevins (Rhoads); dear son-in-law of William E. and June B. Rhoads. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday 2 p.m. at St. John's Lutheran Church, Sweet Air with interment following in the church cemetery.
