R.J. Harris scored a game-high 23 points as No. 15 Arundel beat Dulaney, 82-63, in the opening round of the J.T. Bogle Invitational at Glen Burnie last night.
The Wildcats (8-0) built on their 39-35 halftime lead by outscoring the Lions 19-13 in the third quarter and 24-15 in the fourth. Arundel made 17 steals.
Jamie Cowherd scored 15 points to lead Dulaney (3-4).
Arundel faces host Glen Burnie in the championship tonight at 7.
GLEN BURNIE 64, EDGEWOOD 51: : Tyler Rudd scored a game-high 28 points to lead the Gophers (6-2) past the Rams (5-2) in the J.T. Bogle Invitational. Wynne Coleman had 21 points for Edgewood.
NO. 1 ST. FRANCES 75, JACKSON CITY 33: : Terrell Vinson scored 15 points, Donte Holmes added 14 and Grey Lewis had 10 as the Panthers (7-1) beat the Pirates in the opening round of the Fort Lauderdale Christmas Classic.
St. Frances led 18-10 after the first quarter and never trailed. The Panthers face Burron (Fla.) tonight at 8.
NO. 12 MILFORD MILL 84, CROSSLAND 67: : Tevin Hanner scored 21 points to power the host Millers (4-2) past the Cavaliers (2-4) in the opening round of the Milford Mill Mixer.
The Millers led 18-14 before taking a 43-30 lead at the half. Crossland's Percy Woods led all scorers with 38 points.
Milford Mill faces River Hill at 7 p.m.
RIVER HILL 49, BANKS 38: : Varun Ram had 15 points to lead the Hawks (4-3) past the Lions (3-4) in the Milford Mill Mixer.
HAMMOND 66, SOUTH RIVER 57: : Chris Dunn had 20 points in a losing effort for the host Seahawks (3-5) at the South River Shootout.
The Bears face Annapolis Area Christian School at 7 p.m. today.
ANNAPOLIS AREA CHRISTIAN SCHOOL 67, BROADNECK 57: : Zac Scantlin scored 13 points to carry the Eagles past the Bruins in the opening round of the South River Shootout.
Broadneck's C.J. Ricker led all scorers with 19 points.
CENTENNIAL 69, ST. ANSELM'S 47: : Marcos Ocadiz scored 11 points to lead the Eagles (4-3) past the Panthers in the Glenelg Country School Tournament.
DUNBAR 63, PARKSIDE 38: : Derrell Edwards scored a game-high 29 points for the Poets (5-2) in the opening round of the National High School Coaches Association Basketball Festival in Wicomico.
Edwards has averaged 28 points in the past five games.
The Poets trailed by one at the half but gave up only 12 points in the second half.
Dunbar faces St. James at 1 p.m. today.

FOREST PARK 61, WISE 38: : Danni Jackson had a game-high 26 points to lead the Foresters (6-0) past Wise in the opening round of the IAABO Christmas Tournament.
Forest Park went on a 12-2 run in the first four minutes and outscored Wise 29-12 in the second half.
NO. 14 OLD MILL 54, GWYNN PARK 38: : Ciarra Lucas had 13 points to lead the Patriots (6-0) past the Yellow Jackets in the opening round of the Holiday Hoops Classic at Washington Bible College.
Old Mill faces the winner of Elizabeth Seton and Westlake today at 8 p.m.
ATHOLTON 53, BLUE MOUNTAIN 43: : Bridget Snyder scored 13 to lead the host Raiders (4-4) past the Eagles in the opening round of the Pine Grove Tournament.
Atholton, which had a two-point lead with four minutes left to play, faces host Pine Grove in the championship at 6 p.m. today.
LINGANORE 61, MARYVALE 53, OT: : Stephanie Glavaris had a game-high 26 points in a losing effort for the visiting Lions (5-4).
The Lancers' Kristine Rausch (13 points) hit a three-pointer to tie the score at 48 and force overtime. Rausch scored twice in overtime.
FALLSTON 49, NOTRE DAME PREP 43: : Jess Harlee had 30 points and 28 rebounds for the Cougars at the North Carroll Tournament.
