Shooting An unidentified man was shot in the head shortly after 5 p.m. yesterday in the 900 block of Bennett Place at Fremont Avenue and was taken to a hospital for treatment. His condition and details of the shooting were not available.
Robbery A boy, 15, was walking in the 2800 block of Huntingdon Ave. about 8 p.m. Monday when he was assaulted by two older males, one armed with a handgun, who robbed him of $3 and his hooded jacket. Before the pair fled, the gunman struck the youth in the left eye with the gun. The victim walked home and was taken by ambulance to University of Maryland Medical Center, where he was treated and released. No arrests had been made.
Carjacking A 47-year-old man was stopped in the 800 block of Clintwood Court in Brooklyn shortly before 1 a.m. Monday when a gunman robbed him of his wallet and drove off in the victim's red 2007 Ford Focus with tags 8DF C48.
Baltimore Co. - North Point
Robbery A gunman wearing a black wig and dark clothing entered IHOP in the 1500 block of Merritt Blvd. about 8 p.m. Monday and ordered an employee to give him money from the cash register. The man fled with an undisclosed sum.
Baltimore Co. - Parkville
Theft from vehicle A Ruger MK2 .30-06 hunting rifle valued at $500 was stolen between midnight and 8 a.m. Monday from a pickup truck parked in the 11400 block of Harford Road.
Baltimore Co. - Towson
Burglary Two laptop computers and jewelry were stolen Monday from a house in the 100 block of Marburth Ave. by someone who entered through a kitchen window.
Baltimore Co. - Pikesville
Robbery Police were seeking a gunman who robbed G&N; Cleaners in the 3700 block of Old Court Road of more than $100 about 4:20 p.m. Monday.
Robbery try A gunman entered Bressler's Cleaners in the 1500 block of Reisterstown Road about 4:30 p.m. Monday and ordered an employee to give him money from the cash register. When the employee told the gunman she did not have the register's key, he walked out. It was not known if the incident was related to the theft at G&N; Cleaners.
