Play group: Glenwood Community Center, 2400 Route 97, Cooksville, is offering a new Kiddie Korner Play Group for children ages 5 and younger accompanied by an adult from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays. Survivors meet: Glenwood Senior Center, 2400 Route 97, Cooksville, will sponsor a Stroke Survivors' "Reading for Life" group at 10:30 a.m. on the first Wednesday of each month. Tutoring: The Glenwood library will offer one-on-one tutoring for ages 13 and older in Open Office, a free software package that creates, edits and saves documents, spreadsheets, presentations and pictures. "Mouse in the House: Family Web Surfing," a training program in the basics of surfing the Internet for parents and children ages 7 and older, includes a chance to discover kid-friendly Web sites. Instruction in accessing full-text articles and other resources for school assignments, business or personal use, "Research 24/7," teaches how to obtain materials online.
