CARLOS FRANKLIN EDWARDS went home to be with his Lord and Savior on December 12, 2008. Carlos was born on December 26, 1952 in Colon, Panama, the third of seven children born to Edwin A. Edwards and Viola M. Edwards. He was pre-deceased by a brother, Robert Glen Edwards. Left to mourn are his children, Toroda (Michael) Stanley, Carlos (Kate) Edwards, Viola Edwards, and Valerie Edwards. Also left to mourn are his father Edwin Edwards, stepmother Teresa Cofield Edwards, sisters Gloria (Milton) Thigpen, Isabel (James) Doles, Leletia Cofield, brothers Raymond Edwards, Ralph Edwards, Alfredo (Wanda) Edwards, two grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and a special friend and companion, Anna Sullivan. Family will receive friends at the family owned WYLIE FUNERAL HOME OF BALTIMORE COUNTY, 9200 Liberty Road, Thursday from 6 until 8 P.M.
