Police reports in Baltimore city and county:

Eastern Baltimore

Shooting Police said the shooting of a man, 39, in a house in the 900 block of N, Collington Ave. about 9 p.m. Tuesday appeared to be drug-related. The victim was watching TV when two men entered the house and demanded money before he was shot. The victim was treated at Johns Hopkins Hospital.

Central Baltimore

Theft/arrest A man, 53, from Northeast Baltimore was arrested Tuesday by security officers when he tried to leave Rite Aid in the 300 block of W. Lexington St. without paying for a digital camera valued at $40 that he hid in his coat. Police charged Benjamin Scott of the 1700 block of Chilton St.

Theft On Saturday or Sunday, someone entered the bridal room at a downtown hotel in the 200 block of N Charles St. and stole two diamond rings, a diamond necklace and a gold chain, all valued at nearly $3,000. The theft was reported Tuesday.

Southern Baltimore

Shooting A boy, 15, was in serious condition at Maryland Shock Trauma Center after he was shot in the back and right arm about 4:30 p.m. Tuesday by an unidentified gunman who confronted him in the backyard of a house in the 1800 block of W. Lombard St. Police had no motive for the shooting.

Southeastern Baltimore

Robbery A gunman entered Gentlemen's Barber Shop in the 1700 block of Fleet St. about 3 p.m. Tuesday and ordered at least one employee and customers into a rear room and forced them onto the floor. The gunman then robbed four men of their wallets containing a total of nearly $800 and two cell phones. The gunman drove off in a black Dodge Durango with unknown tags.

Robbery Police seek two men, one armed with a semiautomatic handgun, who robbed Highland Liquors in the 600 block of S. Conkling St. of an undisclosed sum of money about 1:30 p.m. Tuesday.

Baltimore Co. -- Essex

Burglary Video games, a 12-gauge shotgun and a gold wedding band, all valued at nearly $1,300, were stolen Monday from a house in the first block of Compression Court in Middle River by someone who entered through a rear window.

Baltimore Co. -- Cockeysville

Burglary Police were seeking two young men who broke into an apartment in the10300 block of Society Park Drive on Tuesday afternoon and stole a 50-inch TV and a laptop computer. When spotted by a maintenance man, one of the intruders dropped the TV, which was recovered. Another apartment had been broken into, but it was not known if any property was stolen.
