KATHLEEN L. WEBB WEST, 59, of Baltimore for 10 years, and previously of Edgewater Annapolis area, died September 19, 2008 at Harbor Hospital from complications of diabetes. Born December 9, 1948 to Robert Webb and Doris Ludwig Webb in Washington, DC she attended St. Mary's Elementary and High School, graduated from Annapolis Senior High in 1967. Early in her career, she worked for Anne Arundel County Economic Opportunity Committee, Inc. as acting director and director of transportation. Later as a dispatcher for Eastern Waste Industries, Eastern Petroleum, and Ward Trucking. At one time she worked part time for K-Mart and Wal Mart. Her hobbies included ceramics, small crafts and what she called "estrogen" shopping with the girls. She is survived by her son Robert M. West of Baltimore and her friends who loved her. As per her request, there was no service and burial is private.
