On August 28, 2008, WILLIAM HELLER HEDEMAN, devoted husband of Betsy (nee Nowlin) Hedeman. Mr. Hedeman is also survived by two daughters, four grandchildren and one great-granddaughter Memorial service will be held Saturday, September 13 at 10 a.m. at Towson Presbyterian Church, 400 W.
