On September 2, 2008, FRANK E. HALL, SR., beloved son of William J. Hall, Sr. and Shirley A. Hall, dear father of Frank Hall, Jr., loving brother of William, Jr., Dennis, Gary and Shirley Hall and the late Sharon Hall. Also survived by three grandchildren.
