LaQuita was raised in Baltimore, MD, and graduated from Edmondson Westside High School in 1996. On Wednesday, friends may call at VAUGHN C. On Thursday, Ms. Saunders will lie in state at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 713 Cabin Branch Road, where the family will receive friends from 10 to 11 A.M., with services to follow.
