Drug arrest : Police with a search-and-seizure warrant raided a house in the 700 block of Bartlett Ave. yesterday and arrested a 24-year-old woman on charges of drug possession and distribution, Detective David Jones of the Central District drug unit said. Ashley Tucker of the 1700 block of Hartsdale Road in Northeast Baltimore was arrested after Jones' unit received an anonymous telephone tip and a member of the unit made an undercover drug purchase, Jones said. Seized were 234 vials of suspected crack cocaine, three plastic bags containing crack cocaine, drug-packaging material and $24. Jones said the cocaine was being sold in the Bartlett Avenue area. He said Tucker was being held at Central Booking and Intake Center and that a second arrest was expected.

Drug arrest : A man, 42, and his nephew, 33, were arrested Monday afternoon at different locations and charged with drug offenses. About 12:30 p.m., members of the Central District drug enforcement unit stopped a 2005 Chrysler in the 2500 block of N. Charles St. and arrested Antonio Wright of the 2200 block of N. Calvert St. on a warrant charging him with possession and distribution of crack cocaine. In addition to the car, police seized at least $9,000 from Wright and the key to a room at the North Avenue Motel, in the 100 block of W. North Ave. There, police arrested Wright's uncle, Carroll Stevenson, a resident of the motel, and seized his motorized scooter. Detective David Jones said police made an undercover buy from the men in mid-May. He described Wright as a "major drug dealer" in the West North Avenue corridor. Jones said Wright was being held without bail at Central Booking and Intake Center and that Stevenson was being held there in lieu of $35,000 bail.
Robbery: A man, 63, was walking in the 2300 block of Guilford Ave. about 9 a.m. Monday when he was assaulted by three teenage boys who robbed him of $5.
