Shooting: Police responding to a report of a young male shot in the 700 block of Beaumont Ave. about 3 p.m. Sunday found the victim, 19, sitting in a chair in front of a house and bleeding from bullet wounds to the back and right hand. The victim told police he was running through an alley in the nearby 5100 block of Craig Ave. moments earlier when he was shot by an unknown assailant. The victim was reported in good condition at Johns Hopkins Hospital.
Shooting: Police were seeking a man who fired at least one shot at two men in the first block of N. Caroline St. about 3:30 p.m. Saturday, hitting one of them in the lower back. The victim, 21, ran to the 200 block of N. Caroline St., where he was found by police and taken by ambulance to Johns Hopkins Hospital.
Robbery : A man driving a black truck with unknown tags stopped at the drive-through window at Taco Bell in the 3300 block of Pulaski Highway about 4 a.m. Sunday and ordered an employee to give him money from the cash register while pointing a handgun at her. The the gunman drove off with more than $100.
Robbery: A man 40, was walking in the 3300 block of E. Baltimore St. about 8 a.m. Sunday when he was stopped by another man who asked him for a cigarette. When the victim said he had none, the man pulled out a knife, demanded his the victim's wallet then cut him on the head, neck and both hands before fleeing. The victim was reported in good condition at Johns Hopkins Hospital.
Robbery: A deliveryman for Papa John's was returning to the store about 5 p.m. Saturday when he at a stop sign in the 1300 block of Filbert St. A gunman pointed the weapon at his head while an accomplice got into the man's car and robbed him of $65. Both men fled on foot.
Theft: A red and black 20-inch bicycle was parked outside a public library in the 1700 block of Merritt Blvd. on Sunday when someone stole it.
Burglary: Property was stolen between April 11 and Sunday from a storage locker in an apartment building in the 300 block of Limestone Valley Road.
Theft: Copper wire valued at $4,500 was stolen between March 31 and April 26 from a storage shed in the 4600 block of Deer Park Road. The theft was reported Sunday.
Burglary/arrest : Shortly after a man broke into Hollywood Video in the 200 block of Reisterstown Road after breaking a window with a rock about 3 a.m. Sunday and stole 24 DVDs valued at $500, Baltimore police stopped a man near the scene and turned him over to county police. Arrested and charged with burglary and theft was Jerome Kellum, 41, of the 4100 block of Boarman Ave. in Northwest Baltimore. The property was recovered.
