Full coverage: Mayor Pugh's 'Healthy Holly' books, UMMS board deals

Harbor East's new RA Sushi is trendsetting in more ways than just its spin on food. Friday evenings, it becomes quite a hotspot for Baltimore trendsetters, such as Katherine Eckhart. When this 26-year-old child therapist goes to work, it may mean she has to play with some of her clients. But, when it comes to her own time, the term play clothes take on a whole new meaning.

Age: 26

Residence: Lutherville

Job: Child therapist at Key Point Health Services

Self-described style: "Comfy eclectic."

The Look: Cream jersey Moa Moa sleeveless bubble top. Rolled up Seven For All Mankind ankle-length skinny jeans. Buff patent leather pumps with 4-inch stiletto heels. Silvertone large hoop earrings and bangle bracelets. Gray plaid wool newsboy cap. Black Dolce & Gabbana knock-off slouch handbag.

Where it came from: She found the top at Loehmann's. Her jeans came from a Seven store in West Palm Beach, Fla. The shoes are from Aldo. She snagged her jewelry from a street vendor at Baltimore's Harborplace, while the bag came from a street vendor in New York City. And she "stole" her cap from her little brother.

Mix and match: "I spend the money that I have on fashion. ... My philosophy is to invest in a few nice pieces, such as shoes, maybe a good pair of jeans, then find bargains for the rest. I go to Towson Town Center a lot. Loehmann's. I love Arden B. Obviously, I [frequent] a lot of street vendors."

She loves to "cap" off her look: "Not only do caps hide a bad hair day, I have two brothers. So, there's always a hat I can take. They come back and raid my house [occasionally] and take back 10 at a time."

Back-to-basics: "You can never underestimate a pair of jeans, a white tee, and a baseball cap. It's comfy and classic."

Her weaknesses: "Big earrings. And a great pair of heels will make the outfit. ... Because of my job, I wear flats. I play with kids on the floor. So, I love that flats have come back into style this year. ... Big bags are great to throw a pair of [flip-flops] into for late night."

A secret weapon: "A pair of fake eyelashes will turn up the sexiness factor on any night."
