Carjacking -- Police were seeking three men who forced a motorist from his 1994 Ford Explorer near Safety City in Druid Hill Park early Saturday and drove off. The victim told police he picked the men up in the city and was told to drive them to the park. There, the men forced the motorist out of his car and sped away. Police said the vehicle's tags were unknown.
Assault -- A warrant has been issued for the arrest of a man, 23, charging him with aggravated assault. The man, whose name was being withheld pending his arrest, is charged with choking and striking his girlfriend, 20, in her home in the 3900 block of Woodhaven Ave. on Saturday afternoon. The woman was not seriously injured.
Theft -- A purse containing a cell phone and other property was stolen Saturday afternoon from a 2000 Chrysler parked in the 300 block of Eastern Ave.
Theft -- Someone entered onto the campus of Patterson High School in the 400 block of Kane St. between Friday night and early Saturday and stole a rented 2007 forklift.
Theft -- A purse containing a wallet, cash, a cell phone and an iPod -- all valued at $850 -- was stolen between Friday and Saturday from a 1998 Volkswagen parked in the 600 block of S. Ann St.
Theft -- A 2007 Honda Civic was parked in the 1600 block of Fleet St. over the weekend when someone entered it through a window and stole clothing, an iPod and CDs. The total value of the property was nearly $500.
Robbery -- A woman, 23, was walking in the first block of W. Lee St. about 11:30 p.m. Friday when a man armed with what appeared to be a toy gun robbed her of her wallet and cell phone.
Burglary -- Someone broke into Rent-A-Center in the 1400 block of W. Patapsco Ave. early Friday by breaking a front window and stole a 50-inch plasma TV valued at nearly $1,100.
Burglary -- A male resident of the 200 block of Warren Road was investigating a noise in his rear yard early Saturday when he was rushed by a man armed with a machete who attempted to cut him. The resident fended off the blow with a piece off metal pipe, striking the other man on the head and causing a deep laceration. A check of local hospitals for an injured man proved negative.
Burglary -- Police were seeking three men who broke into a house in the 100 block of Springside Drive over the weekend and stole jewelry and coins.
Burglary -- Three laptop computers were stolen Saturday from a real estate firm in the first block of E. Timonium Road.
Robbery -- A deliveryman for Domino's Pizza was returning to his car in the first block of Oak Grove Drive in Middle River about 10:40 p.m. Saturday after making a delivery when he was assaulted by two men who robbed him of $75.
