An article in yesterday's Maryland section about proposed Baltimore County legislation on marina development in the Bowleys Quarters area and changes to development plans gave incorrect dates for council action. The bills will be discussed at the council's April 29 work session and voted on at the May 5 legislative meeting.
An article in the Maryland section April 8 misstated the criminal charges to which Robert Edward Speake, 19, pleaded guilty April 7 in Baltimore Circuit Court. According to the city state's attorney's office, Speake pleaded guilty to second-degree murder, use of a deadly weapon with intent to injure and conspiracy to commit first-degree assault in the fatal stabbing of a Glen Burnie man last year.
