The Harford County Development Advisory Committee serves as a forum for the review of subdivision and site plans submitted to the Department of Planning and Zoning by those seeking building permits. The committee will review the following proposals at 9 a.m. Wednesday in the second-floor conference room of the Harford County government building, 220 S. Main St., Bel Air:

High's of Joppa

Location: North side of Pulaski Highway, east of Mountain Road.

Developer: Magnolia One LLC/High's of Baltimore/Messick & Associates.

Description: Construct High's Convenience Store with gas pumps, 1.20 acres.

Royal Farms -- 2700 Pulaski Highway

Location: North side of Pulaski Highway, east of Emmorton Road.

Developer: Zincam Prop. LLC/Two Farms Inc./Bohler Engineering

Description: Combine three existing parcels into one and construct 5,590-square-foot Royal Farm store with gas pumps and 1,508-square-foot car wash, 4.98 acres.

Beechtree Estates

Location: North and south side of Philadelphia Road, east of Stepney Road.

Developer: Stepney Road Holding Ltd. Partnership/Morris & Ritchie.

Description: Create 742 single family/townhouse lots, 300.64 acres.


Location: Southeast corner of Churchville Road and Brierhill Drive.

Location: West side of Creswell Road at the intersection of I-95.
