On Monday, April 7, 2008 CORNELL BROOKS went peacefully at the Tate House Hospice of Chesapeake, Linthicum, MD. He was preceded in death by his wife Celestine Brooks. He is survived by his daughter Tammye, two sisters Myrtle Blackwell and Evangelist Shirley Jackson; loving grandsons Jason Brooks and Ray McNeil; three great-grandchildren; a devoted niece Denise Lyles and a host of cousins and friends. Services will be held at John Wesley United Methodist Church, 6922 N. Ritchie Highway, Glen Burnie, MD on April 12, 2008. Public viewing 9 a.m. Family hour 10 a.m. Services at 11 a.m. Entombment at Cedar Hill Cemetery following services. Arrangements by W. Wesley Chavis, III Funeral Services, P.A., Inc.
