Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore and Baltimore County.



Victim named -- Police identified Ronald Joyner, 27, of the 2000 block of E. Eager St. yesterday as the man found stabbed in the neck in the 1000 block of Billie Holiday Court about 4:45 a.m. Sunday and who died less than an hour later at Johns Hopkins Hospital. Police said no arrest had been made. Metro Crime Stoppers at 410-276-8888 is offering a reward of up to $2,000 for information leading to an arrest and an indictment.


Shooting -- District police were on patrol about 7 p.m. Saturday when they heard gunshots coming from the 3000 block of E. Fayette St. and found a man lying in the street bleeding from a gunshot wound to the right leg. Police said the victim was in good condition at Johns Hopkins Hospital and was not cooperating with detectives.

Robbery -- Police were seeking two gunmen who forced their way into a house in the first block of N. Highland Ave. about 5 p.m. Saturday and robbed three male occupants of three cell phones and nearly $800.

Racial incident -- Someone spray-painted a swastika and the word "DIE" on the side of a truck owned by Apartment Services Inc. that was parked in the 2100 block of Coralthorn Road between Saturday night and Sunday.
