On March 29, 2008, BENJAMIN D. OWENS; beloved wife the late Kathleen Owens (nee West); devoted father of the late David Owens; dear friend of Phillip Stradley. Also survived by other relatives and friends. Friends may call at the family owned Duda-Ruck Funeral Home of Dundalk Inc., 7922 Wise Avenue, on Tuesday, 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 P.M., where the Loyal Order of the Moose will do a service at 7:30 P.M.
