Weber Shandwick appointed Joshua Goldberg as senior developer of certain interactive Web media, Taylor Goff as a designer and Jason Dobrzykowski as traffic coordinator in the international communications firm's Baltimore office.

MGH appointed Ashlea Stipek, interactive media assistant, Kimberly Ritchie, word-of-mouth account coordinator, and Seth Lueck as a traffic coordinator for the Owings Mills-based marketing communications agency.

Banking-finance

Bradford Bank, headquartered in Rodgers Forge, named Kimberly D. Mathews senior vice president of human resources. She formerly was director of human resources for St. Louis-based Aesculap Inc. USA.

Revere Bank said Ralph F. Ebbenhouse joined the Laurel-based institution as vice president and commercial banking officer, Michael J. Haloskey was named vice president and commercial business development officer, and Kelly R. White was named an assistant vice president and community officer manager.

Legal-insurance

Miles & Stockbridge PC said Timothy A. Hodge Jr. joined the Baltimore law firm as a partner. He is a former partner with Tydings & Rosenberg LLP and a chief legal officer for 180s Inc., the Baltimore-based outdoors gear manufacturer. He also serves on the Maryland Economic Development Commission.

Duane Morris LLP named Raymond Shepard as a partner in the trial practice group of the international law firm's Baltimore office. He formerly was an assistant U.S. attorney for the southern district of West Virginia.

Organizations

The National Association for Printing Leadership announced that Mike Philie was appointed a vice president and consultant in the organization's print consulting services group. He was founder of the Maryland-based consulting firm, The Philie Group LLC.

Services

Parsons Brinckerhoff appointed Charles Boyd as supervising planner in the placemaking group of the international infrastructure consulting, engineering and construction management firm's Baltimore office. He is a former director of planning for the city of Frederick.

Netcordia, the Annapolis-based provider of network automation software, announced the appointment of Greg O'Connell as vice president of the firm's U.S. federal operations.

Real estate

H&H; Rock Cos. appointed Thomas J. Gessner as executive vice president, Bradd M. Caplan as vice president of commercial development and Joseph E. Link as vice president of residential development for the real estate development firm.
