A 16-year-old boy has pleaded guilty to killing another teenager in Northeast Baltimore during a dispute in March of last year, according to the city state's attorney's office.

Tevin Moultrie of the 1600 block of Cliftview Ave. was charged as an adult and faces up to 30 years in prison when he is sentenced in Baltimore Circuit Court on July 22.

Moultrie and another teen were charged in connection with the March 17 shooting death of Steven Washington, 17. Washington suffered a head wound and died on the sidewalk in the 1600 block of Cliftview Ave., near Moultrie's rowhouse. Moultrie pleaded guilty Thursday to second-degree murder, use of a handgun in the commission of a crime of violence and two counts of reckless endangerment, prosecutors said. The other assailant, Maurice Wilkerson, 18, of the 2700 block of The Alameda, pleaded guilty Jan. 15 to being an accessory after the fact of murder and is scheduled to be sentenced Monday.
