Public to get last chance to speak on proposed budgets

County residents will have one more chance tomorrow to tell County Executive Ken Ulman and Raymond S. Wacks, the county budget director, what they want or don't want to see in the operating and capital budgets for fiscal 2009.

The hearing is to begin at 7:30 p.m. in the Banneker Room, the County Council chamber in the George Howard Building in Ellicott City. Residents can submit testimony electronically ahead of time at www.howardcounty People who want to speak can sign up in person, starting at 6:30 p.m.
