Stabbing -- An unidentified man was stabbed in the chest about 2:15 p.m. yesterday in a bar near South Conkling Street and Mount Pleasant Avenue in Highlandtown. The victim was taken by a city Fire Department ambulance to Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center's trauma unit, where he underwent surgery. No arrest had been made. Anyone with information is urged to call the district's detective unit at 410-396-2422.
Burglary -- Copper wires and copper piping - all valued at $3,000 - were stolen Monday from a house under renovation in the 2100 block of E. Baltimore St. Entry was through a door.
Theft -- A GPS device valued at $250 was stolen Monday from a 1998 Toyota Corolla parked in the 3400 block of Gough St.
Theft -- Someone broke into a 2008 Ford F-150 pickup truck parked in the 2700 block of Jefferson St. on Monday and stole video games and their accessories - all valued at $300.
Northern
Theft -- A Maryland temporary tag 35635C was stolen Sunday from a 2008 Hyundai Elantra parked in the 700 block of Melville Ave.
Stolen vehicle -- A blue 1990 Chevrolet Blazer with tags 75721CB was stolen Monday in the 700 block of W. 40th St.
Theft -- Property valued at $125 was stolen Monday from a 1995 Honda Civic parked in the 100 block of W. 39th St.

Essex
Burglary/arrests -- Police responding to a burglary at a townhouse in the 900 block of Punjab Drive near Fox Ridge Park about 11:40 p.m. Sunday arrested six teenage boys and charged each with fourth-degree burglary. A seventh youth escaped arrest by jumping through a second-floor window and was being sought. A small quantity of marijuana was recovered from one of the youths, all of whom were released to the custody of their parents.
Stolen fuel truck -- A 2002 Kenworth tractor and its fuel tanker holding 1,800 gallons of gasoline was stolen Saturday or Monday from a fenced-in area in the 9300 block of Pulaski Highway. Total value of the truck and the fuel was $80,000.
