On February 21, 2008, JOSEPH FRANK; beloved husband of Ruth Sandy; devoted father of David R. and his wife Jocelyn P. Sandy (nee Price); loving grandfather of Joseph D. Sandy; dear brother of Dr. Robert Sandy and Betty Jane Watson. Also survived by several nieces and nephews and three step-grandchildren.
