Southeastern
Robbery try/arrests -- Two men posing as police officers attempted to rob a man, 43, of his money and other property in the first block of S. Conkling St. early Saturday but were arrested after a witness flagged down two police officers. The victim was walking down the street about 3:30 a.m. when he was stopped by two men who said they were police officers and ordered him to place his hands against the roof of a car while they went through his pockets. When the victim demanded to see their badges, a struggle broke out and the two men fled. A witness flagged down Officers Scott A. Ripley and Raymond D. Buda, who were responding to another robbery, and told them of the incident. Arrested at the scene and charged with assault, attempted unarmed robbery and impersonating police officers was Anthony Baccala, 22, of the 3500 block of E. Northern Parkway. Chased down by police and charged with the same offenses was Luke Fleming, 20, of the 100 block of N. Milton Ave.
Robbery -- A 22-year-old man was walking in the 3300 block of E. Baltimore St. about 3:25 a.m. Saturday when he was struck in the face by another man who robbed him of his wallet containing $30
Assault -- A man, 52, reported he was sitting on the front porch of his home in the 6500 block of St. Helena St. about 3 a.m. Saturday when a man armed with a knife got out of a pickup truck and stabbed him in the stomach for no apparent reason. The victim refused treatment for a minor injury.
Stabbings -- Police arrested two men who attacked two other men near Pratt and Commerce streets across from Harborplace about 11:30 p.m. Saturday and stabbed each victim with an unknown weapon. Both victims were taken by ambulance to Maryland Shock Trauma Center, where one was reported in serious condition and the other in good condition. The identities of the suspects were not available.

Burglary -- Someone entered Honey Bee Discount & Dollars in the 1200 block of W. Pratt St. early Friday after breaking a glass front door with a rock and stole more than $500 worth of cigarettes.
Baltimore County
White Marsh
Burglary -- A 56-inch flat-screen TV was stolen between Friday and Saturday from an apartment in the 7400 block of Barkdoll Court by someone who entered either with a key or through a sliding glass door.
Essex
Burglary -- An antique 12-gauge shotgun valued at $250 was stolen Saturday from the bedroom of a house in the first block of Compass Road.
Parkville
Burglary -- Someone entered a storage area at Silver Spring Mining Co. in the 8600 block of Belair Road between Friday and Saturday and stole 14 empty beer kegs - all valued at more than $600.
Wilkens
Burglaries -- An air conditioner and the copper coils from two other air conditioners were stolen between Thursday and Saturday from the rear of three business buildings in the 600 block of Frederick Road. Total value of the equipment and parts was at least $21,000.
