On February 20, 2008 ROSAMOND K. CARTER (nee Kraus) beloved wife of the late Donald S. Carter, M.D., loving mother of Donald S. Jr. and his wife Claudia, Dennis P. and John W. Carter; dear grandmother of Benjamin Randolph Carter, Jordan Lee Carter and Rocky Carter. A Funeral Service will be held Monday 1 p.m. at St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church of Blenheim, 13300 Manor Road, Glen Arm, MD 21057. Entombment Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens.
