Carter; dear grandmother of Benjamin Randolph Carter, Jordan Lee Carter and Rocky Carter. A Funeral Service will be held Monday 1 p.m. at St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church of Blenheim, 13300 Manor Road, Glen Arm, MD 21057. Entombment Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens.
