The fourth annual Howard County Student Film Festival, created through the Howard County Public School System's Gifted and Talented Intern/Mentor Program, is seeking original film submissions from high school students from public and private schools in the county.

The films must be 3 to 10 minutes in length, original and family friendly. For additional guidelines, see www.hocofilm festival.com.

The deadline for submissions is Friday.
